Text
The interim financing notes must be executed by the chairman or the vice chairman of the
commission and attested by the signature of the director of the department of water resources.
The signature of the chairman or vice chairman, and the director, and any other signatures on
appurtenant coupons, may be facsimiles. The notes must be sold at private or public sale in the
manner and at the rate of interest and price as the commission determines by resolution.
