department of water resources.
Upon completing the construction of works and application to beneficial use of the waters
described in the declaration provided in section 61-02-30, the commission shall file in the
department of water resources a declaration of completion of the appropriation, reciting the
matters contained in the original declaration of intention to appropriate and the conditional water
permit for the works obtained from the department.
