Text
An agreement for funding which is approved by the commission to fund a water project
under this chapter must require a progress report to the commission at least every four years if
the term of the project exceeds four years. If a progress report is not timely received or, if after a
review of a progress report, the commission determines the project has not made sufficient
progress, the commission may terminate the agreement for project funding. The project sponsor
may submit a new application to the commission for funding for a project for which the
commission previously terminated funding.
