Text
The commission shall hold at least one meeting every two months at places as it, by
resolution, may provide. The chairman, or in the chairman's absence or disability, the vice
chairman of the commission, may issue a call for any meeting at any time. The governor or
governor's appointed representative shall preside at all meetings of the commission, and in
case of the absence or disability of the governor and governor's appointed representative, the
vice chairman shall preside.
