Text
A right of way is granted to any duly incorporated water users' association by and with the
consent of the board of university and school lands, to construct over and across any state,
school, and institution lands, flumes, ditches, and canals for irrigation purposes and to construct
on such lands reservoirs for the storage of water for irrigation purposes.
