§ 6-08-28 — Penalty
Any bank or trust company violating any provisions of sections 6-08-25 through 6-08-28 is
guilty of a class A misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, may, in the discretion of the court,
be prohibited thereafter from serving in this state in any fiduciary capacity.
