Text
Any person who knowingly makes or publishes any book, prospectus, notice, report,
statement, exhibit, or other publication containing any statement which is false and which is
intended to give and does give a substantially greater or less apparent value to the shares,
bonds, or property, or any part thereof, of any state banking association than said shares,
bonds, property, or any part thereof possess in fact, is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
