§ 6-08-09 — Banking association officers - Punishment for violation of duty - Penalty
Any officer of any banking association violating, or knowingly permitting to be violated, any
provision of this title, violation of which has not specifically been designated as a crime, is guilty
of a class B misdemeanor.
