General and special meetings may be held in the manner and for the purposes indicated in the bylaws of the credit union. Ten days before any regular or special meeting, written notice thereof must be mailed or sent by an electronic communication to each member and, in the case of a special meeting, the notice must state clearly the purpose of the meeting and what matters will be considered thereat. The members present at a general or special meeting constitute a quorum for the transaction of the business of the credit union. At all meetings, a member has but a single vote, whatever the member's shareholdings.
