Text
Any executor, administrator, guardian, conservator, trustee, assignee, or receiver may
resign that person's trust in favor of a corporation organized, acting, and qualified under this
chapter, and thereupon, such corporation may be appointed as trustee by any court having
jurisdiction of the subject matter of such trust upon such terms and conditions as such court
may prescribe.
