Text
Any banking association violating the provisions of the preceding sections of this chapter
relating to powers, at the discretion of the state banking board, shall forfeit its charter. Any
officer, director, or employee who knowingly violates or permits the violation of any of such
provisions is guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
