North Dakota·Title 59 Trusts, Uses, and Powers·Ch. 59-22 Uniform Electronic Estate Planning Documents Act
Evidence relating to an electronic nontestamentary estate planning document or an
electronic signature on the document may not be excluded in a proceeding solely because it is
in electronic form.
