§ 59-21-07 — Application to existing institutional funds
North Dakota·Title 59 Trusts, Uses, and Powers·Ch. 59-21 Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act
This chapter applies to institutional funds existing on or established after April 22, 2009. As
applied to institutional funds existing on April 22, 2009, this chapter governs only decisions
made or actions taken on or after that date.
