Text
1.Notice to a person under chapters 59-09, 59-10, 59-11, 59-12, 59-13, 59-14, 59-15,
59-16, 59-17, 59-18, and 59-19 or the sending of a document to a person under
chapters 59-09, 59-10, 59-11, 59-12, 59-13, 59-14, 59-15, 59-16, 59-17, 59-18, and
59-19 must be accomplished in a manner reasonably suitable under the
circumstances and likely to result in receipt of the notice or document. Permissible
methods of notice or for sending a document include first-class mail, personal delivery,
delivery to the person's last-known place of residence or place of business, or a
properly directed electronic message.
2.Notice otherwise required under chapters 59-09, 59-10, 59-11, 59-12, 59-13, 59-14,
59-15, 59-16, 59-17, 59-18, and 59-19 or a document otherwise required to be sent
under chapters 59-09,
