Text
Each person elected or appointed to the office of supervisor, township clerk, assessor,
treasurer, or township overseer of highways, within ten days after the person is notified of the
person's election or appointment, shall take and subscribe the oath prescribed in section 4 of
article XI of the Constitution of North Dakota. If the oath is administered by the township clerk,
no fee may be charged therefor.
