Text
Each township clerk with whom a statement provided for in section 58-04-02 is filed shall
record the same and shall cause notice of the special meeting to be published at least ten days
before the meeting in a legal newspaper published in the township or, if there is no such
newspaper, then in the county's official newspaper.
