§ 58-03-19 — Building permit - Decision within sixty days of application

North Dakota·Title 58 Townships·Ch. 58-03 Powers of Township and of Electors of the Township
1.A township that regulates the construction, erection, reconstruction, repair, or alteration of buildings and structures and issues building permits shall respond to a building permit application within sixty days of receiving the application either by approving the application and delivering the building permit or by providing the applicant written notice of the grounds for rejection of the application.
2.If the building or structure for which a permit is requested meets all applicable zoning regulations and the board of township supervisors or other appropriate official fails to respond as required under subsection 1, the application is deemed to be approved and the applicant may proceed with the construction, erection, reconstruction, repair, or alteration of the building or structur
