Text
The owner of any property described in a petition made as provided in section 57-21-01 has
the right to appeal to the supreme court of this state from any order issued by the district court
under the provisions of this chapter. Pending the final determination of such appeal, the
treasurer shall continue to receive and the tenant to pay the rents provided in said order, and
the treasurer shall hold the said payments in trust for the final determination of such appeal.
