§ 55-10-10 — North Dakota historic sites - Changes
North Dakota·Title 55 State Historical Society and State Parks·Ch. 55-10 Preservation of Historic Sites and Antiquities
Sites designated as state historic sites may be changed from time to time. The director of
the state historical society shall notify the legislative assembly of each change.
