§ 55-10-09 — Cooperation
North Dakota·Title 55 State Historical Society and State Parks·Ch. 55-10 Preservation of Historic Sites and Antiquities
The state and its political subdivisions shall cooperate with the director of the state historical
society in safeguarding state historic sites and in the preservation of historic and archaeological
sites.
