Text
There is created a parks and recreation department to serve as the focal point in the state
for activities related to parks. The department shall plan and coordinate programs for all
governmental levels to fulfill the state parks policy. The governor shall appoint a director of the
parks and recreation department who shall serve at the will of the governor.
