The governor of the state of North Dakota is authorized, empowered, and directed, for and
in behalf of the state of North Dakota, to accept from International Peace Garden, Inc., a New
York corporation, a deed of conveyance in trust upon the trust conditions hereinafter contained,
of the following described real property situated in the county of Rolette, and state of North
Dakota:
The south half of the southeast quarter, and the south half of the southwest quarter,
and lots numbered one, two, three, and four, of section twenty-five in township one hundred
sixty-four north, of range seventy-three west, of the fifth principal meridian, less that tract or
parcel of land in said lot one described by metes and bounds as follows:
