§ 55-02-03 — Rules to protect property administered by the state historical society - Penalty

Penalty.
The director of the state historical society, when so authorized by the state historical board,
has the power to make and enforce suitable rules relating to the protection, care, and use of any
property administered by the society and the violation of any rule constitutes an infraction.
