Text
The commission may delegate duties to the commission's executive director as necessary
to assure the efficient administration of the commission's responsibilities. Delegation of duties to
the executive director must be made through rules adopted by the commission at a public
meeting. The commission may reconsider, modify, or reverse actions taken by the executive
director pursuant to a delegated duty.
