Text
The division of workforce development shall:
1.Actively monitor local, regional, and national private and public workforce development
initiatives.
2.Develop and implement the state's talent strategy.
3.Develop and continually refine the state workforce mission, vision, and strategies.
4.Conduct regular employer talent and skills supply and demand studies, the results of
which must be reported to a standing committee of each house of the legislative
assembly as determined by the legislative management during each regular legislative
session.
