Text
The public employees retirement system board may establish a pretax benefits program for
all state employees and employees of district health units, including members of the legislative
assembly, under which an employee may reduce the employee's salary and elect benefits to the
extent of the reduction. A participating district health unit shall comply with the program
conditions and pay all fees established by the board.
