Text
It is the responsibility of the board to account for and disburse premium payments, maintain
records, prepare reports, and to perform such other functions as may be necessary to carry out
the provisions of this chapter. The board may promulgate such rules and regulations as may be
necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
