Text
The funds necessary to pay the consulting fees and health insurance benefits related to the
uniform group insurance program are hereby appropriated from insurance premiums received
by the board.
54-52.1-07. Optional coverage for employee's family.
Each eligible employee enrolled in the uniform group insurance program may elect to
include that person's spouse and all qualified dependents, as provided for in the plan, within the
hospital benefits coverage and medical benefits coverage, the state to pay the cost of such
coverage as provided in section 54-52.1-06.
