Text
All moneys, including but not limited to employers' contributions, employees' contributions,
grants, donations, legacies, and devises for the benefit of the fund, must be deposited in the
public employees retirement fund account with the Bank of North Dakota. All of said moneys,
not otherwise appropriated, are hereby appropriated for the purpose of making investments for
the employees retirement fund and to make payments to beneficiaries under the program.
