Text
The administrator shall adopt rules in accordance with chapter 28-32 for state and human
service zone records. The rules adopted by the administrator must be consistent with records
retention requirements imposed by federal law with respect to those records. The administrator,
prior to adoption, amendment, or repeal of rules concerning state and human service zone
records, shall consult with the commissioner of the department of health and human services or
commissioner's designee.
