Text
1.The office of management and budget shall establish and maintain a bidders list of
persons that desire to be informed of government procurement opportunities. The
office of management and budget or the purchasing agency shall notify those on the
list when issuing invitation for bids or request for proposals over the amount
established for small purchases, except as otherwise provided in this section. The
office of management and budget or the purchasing agency shall notify those on the
list when sending notice of intent to make cooperative, limited competitive,
noncompetitive, and negotiated purchases. A person may be required to register for
the bidders list before the person may submit a response to a solicitation.
