the san haven properties. The director of the office of management and budget, with the approval of the governor, is authorized to sell, lease, exchange, or transfer title or use of any part or all of the san haven facilities and properties, located in sections nineteen, twenty-nine, and thirty, township one hundred sixty-two north, range seventy-two west, located in Rolette County, North Dakota, to the federal government or any public or private agency, organization, or business enterprise or any worthy undertaking, under the following provisions:

1.The transaction is exempt from the provisions of sections 54-01-05.2 and 54-01-05.5.

2.All required legal documents, papers, and instruments in any transaction must be reviewed and approved as to form and legality by the attorney general. 3.
