Text
1.The legislative management, during each biennium, shall appoint an energy
development and transmission committee in the same manner as the legislative
management appoints other interim committees.
2.The legislative management shall appoint six members of the house of
representatives, four of whom must be from the majority political party and two of
whom must be from the minority political party, and six members of the senate, four of
whom must be from the majority political party and two of whom must be from the
minority political party. The chairman of the legislative management shall designate the
chairman of the committee.
3.The committee shall operate according to the statutes and procedure governing the
operation of other legislative management interim committees.
