Text
The legislative management, during each biennium, shall appoint an ethics committee to
consider or prepare a legislative code of ethics. The committee must include members of the
majority and minority parties of each house. The committee may recommend legislation relating
to legislative ethics. The committee shall operate according to the laws and procedures
governing the operation of other legislative management interim committees.
