Eighty percent of any funds received by the state under the consent judgment adopted by
the south central judicial district court in its consent judgment entered December 8, 2022, [Civil
No. 08-2022-CV-02972] in State of North Dakota, ex rel. Drew H. Wrigley v. JUUL Labs, Inc.,
must be deposited in the community health trust fund.
