Text
The North Dakota library coordinating council shall hold at least one meeting each calendar
year for the purpose of awarding grants or contracts. The council shall give notice to the press
and the public of any council meeting at least thirty days in advance of the meeting. Awarding of
any grant or contract requires approval by two-thirds of the members of the council.
