Text
To discontinue participation in a regional library cooperative, a library cooperative member
shall give, in advance, a one-year written notice to the board of the cooperative and the North
Dakota library coordinating council. No member may withdraw unless it has been a participant
in the regional library cooperative for at least two years at the time of termination. The
withdrawing member shall return all property of the regional library cooperative.
