Text
Any claimant who knowingly makes a false claim, or a false statement in connection with
any claim, is guilty of a class A misdemeanor. In addition to any other penalties provided by law,
the claimant who violates this section forfeits any compensation paid under this chapter and
must reimburse the program for any benefits paid.
