Text
1.In addition to its other powers and duties, the division shall:
a.Establish and maintain a principal office and other necessary offices within this
state, appoint employees and agents as necessary, and prescribe the duties and
compensation of the employees and agents.
b.Adopt and enforce rules necessary to implement this chapter. All fees on claims
for legal, medical, mental health, and hospital services, and the manner in which
economic loss benefits are calculated, must be in accordance with the schedules
of fees adopted by the division.
c.Prescribe forms for applications for compensation.
d.The duty to hear and determine all matters relating to claims for compensation,
and the power to reinvestigate or reopen claims without regard to statutes of
limitations or periods of prescrip
