Text
The proceeds of and any revenue derived from the sale of evidences of indebtedness,
charges, fees, or rentals, and all other revenue derived from any project undertaken pursuant to
this chapter must be held in trust for the purposes of this chapter, in a special fund known as the
building authority fund. Disbursements shall be made from the fund upon the resolution of the
commission. The building authority fund established by this chapter may contain such accounts
as authorized by the commission.
