Text
The commission may issue evidences of indebtedness subject to the condition that
payments under financing agreements shall begin no earlier than the first business day of the
biennium following the biennium of issuance. Although the authority to issue evidences of
indebtedness for specific projects may terminate, the commission may exercise all other powers
granted to the commission under this chapter and may comply with any covenants entered into
before the applicable termination date.
