Text
Each regional office which administers the United States department of energy home
weatherization program may apply for the grants provided in section 54-17-27 and this section
under such reasonable guidelines as may be adopted by the industrial commission or its
designee. Each application must be accompanied by a two-year budget, including a productivity
work plan. Each regional office is eligible for a base amount of forty thousand dollars for fiscal
year 1982 and forty-five thousand dollars for fiscal year 1983.
