§ 54-17-19 — Failure to testify or produce evidence - Contempt
Any person failing or refusing to obey the order of the industrial commission issued upon an
investigation, or to give or produce evidence when required, must be reported by the
commission to the district court or any judge thereof, and must be dealt with by the court or
judge as for contempt of court.
