§ 54-17-08 — Commission to make rules for its procedure - General powers of commission
commission.
The industrial commission shall make rules and regulations for its own procedure. It may do
any and all things necessary or expedient in conducting the business of the industries, utilities,
enterprises, and business projects under its control.
