Text
The treasurer may appoint agents for the purpose of receiving public funds as required by
section 12 of article X of the Constitution of North Dakota. If appointed by the state treasurer,
the Bank of North Dakota shall serve as an agent of the state treasurer for the purpose of
receiving public funds, including funds that must be deposited in higher education institution
special revenue funds.
