§ 54-11-05 — Books and blanks furnished by state to treasurer - Kept as state records
All checks and drafts, deposit slips, bankbooks, and other books and blanks used in the
transactions of the state treasurer for state business must be furnished by the state and must be
kept on record by the treasurer. They must be disposed of in accordance with the procedures
established pursuant to chapter 54-46.
