Text
The governor shall cause each bill passed by the legislative assembly and not vetoed by
the governor to be filed with the secretary of state within five legislative days after the bill has
been delivered to the governor. If the legislative assembly is not in session, the governor shall
cause each bill delivered to the governor to be filed with the secretary of state within fifteen
days, Saturdays and Sundays excepted, after delivery of the bill to the governor.
