§ 54-03-05 — Who to administer oath of office to members and officers of the legislative assembly
assembly. The following persons may administer the oath of office to the members and officers of the legislative assembly:
1.The speaker of the house of representatives.
2.The president of the senate.
3.The governor.
4.A judge of the supreme court.
5.A judge of the district court.
