Text
Any person or business concern aggrieved by a final administrative determination pursuant
to chapter 28-32 concerning eligibility for relocation payments authorized by this chapter may
appeal that determination to the district court in the judicial district in which the land taken for
public use is located or the voluntary rehabilitation program is conducted.
