§ 54-01-11 — Who has charge of property ceded by United States to state
When any military reservation or Indian school reservation is ceded to the state of North
Dakota by the United States, the director of the office of management and budget shall take
charge of and care for the property until otherwise provided by law. The governor shall receipt to
the United States for any personal property transferred to the state.
